Over the last 32+ years, I’ve worked at every level of business. I’ve handled operations on the shop floor, managed teams as a senior leader, built and scaled startups, and advised business owners who were stuck and frustrated.
Through this journey, one belief became very clear: people don’t come “ready to use.” They become valuable when they are mentored, guided, and aligned with the culture. Skills can be taught — but structure, expectations, and accountability must be built. This is where HR stops being an administrative function and becomes the core driver of growth.
I’ve seen sleepless nights, cash flow stress, hiring mistakes, process chaos, and also the relief that comes when things finally click. That’s why my approach is practical, honest, and grounded in real experience — not theory.
Most issues founders face — slow sales, poor delivery, low productivity, hiring failures — are not manpower problems; they are system problems. Without clear roles, strong SOPs, KRAs/KPIs, and continuous training, even the best people struggle to perform. That is why people, processes, and systems must move in one direction.
One of my proud milestones was being among the early companies in India to launch GST software and E-Way Bill solutions when most were still trying to understand the new system. We became a GSP (GST Suvidha Provider) and ASP (Application Service Provider) for GSTIN — a complex blend of technology, compliance, and operational discipline.
